Delivery Timelines for Exchanged/Repaired Products
Exchanged or repaired products will be delivered within the Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) corresponding to the shipping method selected during the original order’s checkout.

(All the exchanged and repaired products will be delivered within 2-14 days.)

Economy Shipping: 3–7 days
Express Shipping: 2 days

The above timelines apply only after the completion of necessary inspections, repairs, or exchange evaluations by our artisan team. Once the item is approved and dispatched, the selected original shipping method’s ETA will govern delivery.

  3. Promotional Purchases: Final-sale items (e.g., limited editions, gifts) cannot be returned.

  4. Non-Serviceable Areas: Return via India Post (reimbursed up to ₹70). Excess costs adjusted against refunds.
